Where's my cat?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Here's how to find it:
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for our shipping confirmation email.
- Click the tracking link in that email to see live updates from the carrier.
- If you created an account, you can also see your order status under your account.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. If it's been longer and you don't have a tracking email, contact us with your order number.
