Refund policy

30-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund.

To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Items should be returned in their original condition.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Free gifts included with a bundle don't need to be returned.
