How does the heating work?
Three heating panels sit in the chest, upper back and lower back. Use the handheld controller to pick one of 3 heat levels, from about 86°F to 122°F. It warms up in about 60 seconds.
Does it come with a power bank?
The power bank isn't included. Any standard 5V USB power bank works. A 10,000 mAh bank or larger gives you longer cozy sessions. It tucks into the deep inside pocket.
Will it fit me?
It's one size fits most, with a relaxed, oversized cut. It fits comfortably over pajamas or scrubs.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and remove the controller and power bank first, then wash it on a gentle cold cycle or by hand and let it air dry. Don't use heat until it's fully dry.
Is it safe?
It runs on low-voltage USB power and has built-in overheat protection. As with any heated product, don't fall asleep with it on the highest setting.
